1 Overview
The conveying demagnetizer type is a coil-through demagnetizer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magnetic circuit is optimized and designed. The electromagnetic field design is adopted. The alternating current power is used to generate the positive and negative alternating magnetic field in the coil. The track of the hysteresis loop is getting smaller and smaller. , When the magnetic field intensity is reduced to zero, the residual magnetism Br in the workpiece is close to zero, so as to achieve the effect of demagnetization. In order to satisfy the user's batch demagnetization of parts and workpieces, a new design; the conveying demagnetizer is a coil-through demagnetization, using a full-wave current waveform to demagnetize, with high reliability and good stability; therefore, no interference to the power grid, low power consumption, and strong anti-interference ability , It is widely used in the demagnetization of magnetic products, workpieces, devices (such as bearings, gears, molds, auto parts) after machining.
The demagnetizer cooperates with the belt conveyor to achieve higher efficiency and more convenient operation. The conveying speed is adjustable within a certain range, which satisfies the demagnetization of large quantities of parts, and ensures the safety of operation and the demagnetization effect.
2. Product features
The magnetic circuit parameter design of the demagnetizer is reasonable, the power consumption is low, and the demagnetizer has a power-saving function, which increases the durability of the product and saves energy. The magnetic induction in the demagnetization area is strong and the demagnetization effect is good.
The conveying demagnetizer adopts two working modes: continuous working mode and economic working mode. The demagnetizer coil is equipped with an imported temperature control induction system, and the electric control system is equipped with a leakage protector, which makes the operation safer. There are small lights indicating and external alarm lights indicating the working status of the demagnetizer is obvious.
The belt conveyor device is made of wear-resistant belts and non-magnetic stainless steel, which can better ensure the demagnetization effect and long-term use.
