Permanent magnet lifter for steel plate handling

Holding force of single magnetic circuit permanent magnet jack:
(1) The material of the workpiece also has an impact on the lifting capacity of the lifter, and the lifting capacity for low-carbon steel workpieces can be taken as 100%;
(2) The surface roughness of the workpiece also affects the lifting capacity.
(3) When installing the rotating handle, the strong magnetic jack should be placed on the steel plate, so that the permanent magnetic jack can rotate freely under the condition of magnetic flux, otherwise, it will be difficult to rotate even with a lot of force handle. Do not install the handle in the wrong direction, the wrong direction will cause no suction. Once you find the wrong direction, you can use a small iron rod to turn the shaft core 180° to restore it to the normal position, and then reinstall it.
