3. The excitation coil has been optimized design and special process treatment, which improves the electrical and mechanical performance of the coil.
4. The rated continuity rate of the high-frequency lifting electromagnet is 75%, which improves the efficiency of the lifting electromagnet.
5. The high temperature type lifting electromagnet adopts heat insulation method to increase the temperature of the sucked object to 700℃, which expands the scope of application of the lifting electromagnet, and the heat resistance grade of the insulating material can reach Class C.
6. The constant voltage control method is usually adopted. The use of strong excitation (DC-290V/200V) can further improve the lifting capacity. Large electromagnets can also use over-excitation (DC-350V/290V/200V) to speed up the current rise speed and exert stronger lifting capacity.
7. Convenient installation and maintenance.
This series of lifting electromagnets are suitable for lifting loose magnetic materials such as scrap steel and pig iron ingots. It has the characteristics of large magnetic potential and large magnetic penetration depth.
●The magnetic material of the electromagnet is made of low carbon steel, so that the working air gap can reach the maximum magnetic field, and the magnetic force distribution of the entire electromagnet is very uniform. Therefore, a large suction-to-weight ratio can be achieved.
●Each surface of the electromagnet is precisely processed to reduce the magnetic resistance of the air gap, making the working air gap magnetic density large and stable.
●The magnetic circuit of the electromagnet optimized by the computer is more scientific and reasonable.
●Electromagnet coil adopts low temperature rise design, with little change in suction in cold and hot states. The coil wire adopts oxide film flat aluminum tape, and the insulation grade is C, which ensures the service life of the coil.
●The company's proprietary coil filler enables the Joule heat generated by the coil to be quickly transferred to the shell, which can protect the coil from moisture and provide an extra support under strong impact.
●The coil protection plate is made of high manganese steel plate, which has good wear resistance and high strength, and protects the coil from bottom impact and avoids damage to the coil.
●The external power cord adopts heavy-duty marine cable, which is durable and easy to replace. The cable is protected by a protective shell to achieve the protection effect.
●Insulation material adopts pure natural mica and polyimide film, which has high heat resistance grade and is not easy to age.
