The self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover is an iron-removing mechanism composed of a drive motor, a roller, and an iron-removing tape with a scraper on the basis of the RCDB series of self-cooling suspension electromagnetic iron removers. In the working process, the iron unloading mechanism automatically throws the ferromagnetic substance adsorbed on the unloading belt into the iron collecting box except the iron eliminator, without the need for power outage to clean manually, and realizes the automatic iron removal. In steel plants and cement plants, it is mostly used for slag iron removal and protection of roller presses, vertical mills, crushers and other important equipment.
